Personal Information Usage On The Internet

By avi maxwel / in , , , /

In the internet era, it’s difficult to navigate websites without leaving a «digital trail.» From online shopping to social media, you cannot escape information collecting as it helps big companies tailor their services and create a more accurate experience for every visitor. It raises some concerns surrounding data security.

The Big Brother Is Watching For You

Online casinos are the perfect example of how big data works. To access the full content, players complete the Pin Up casino registration and finish the verification procedure as a part of the KYC. Such platforms require a full name, date of birth, address, and even some contact details.

But big gambling companies do not stop there. They also collect data on different gambling habits, including how people play games, how they wager, what types of bonuses they use, etc. It helps them not only to detect and report suspicious behavior but also to provide a better service for each gambler.

The good news is that reputable brands, like PinUp Casino, prioritize protecting the customer’s personal and financial data. They employ robust security measures, like the encryption of data and firewalls.

All of that is needed to safeguard all the sensitive information from

Never buy anything too small, not even as diet “inspiration”

“As a male model, I’ve learned this the hard way. Even when I see something really eye-catching, if it’s the last one and it’s not my size, I still have to pass. I used to impulsively buy things because they were the last one and I thought I could make it work. But you can’t fix it if the fit is wrong.” —Michael Freeby, model and fashion photographer

Fashion and style are not the same thing

“‘Fashion’ is the tangible clothes, the ones you see in stores, in magazines, and on celebrities. Style, however, is intangible. Style is how you take the fashion and interpret it into an outfit or look that makes you feel like you. It’s not all about the fashion or trends, but rather about accepting yourself, working with what flatters your figure, finding what tickles your fancy, and wearing what makes

How to Find Your Personal Style, According to Experts

By avi maxwel / in , , , /

As a fashion editor, I often write about how to find your personal style, but the truth is, it took me decades to do the same. Growing up, I was very concerned about blending in with my surroundings, so for a chunk of time, my outfits could best be described as “Staten Island Italian — Teen Edition.” Even when I began working in the fashion industry, I struggled to find a sense of style that truly represented me and not what I thought I was supposed to be. I splurged on clothes I could barely afford and couldn’t quit trying to re-create whatever “It” trend I had spotted on the runway.

I’m not sure when I made the switch, but part of finding my own personal style was by accident. For a while, I suffered from folliculitis, and I’d often wake up to hundreds of tiny pimples all over my neck, chest, and back. Panicked, I would grab a bandana or scarf in order to hide my breakout, and it soon became a styling trick I couldn’t quit. The line between wearing this piece out of necessity and wearing it intentionally became blurred, and I liked that I

Sophie Nélisse On Her Personal Style & The Fashion Pieces She’s Shopping For Now

By avi maxwel / in , , , , , , , /

The life of a Hollywood actor is strange and paradoxical at times. They walk the red carpet in their fanciest designer gown one week — and the next, they’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of the LA circuit, perhaps at home in a pair of sweats. Sophie Nélisse, who stars as the younger version of Melanie Lynskey’s Shauna in the hit Showtime series Yellowjackets, can relate to this dichotomy. The actor recently participated in press junkets to celebrate Season 2 of her hit show, which is streaming now, but in between her work travels to LA, she calls Montreal, Canada her home.

Nélisse says when she’s away from the glitzy shine of Hollywood, she re-centers herself. “I’ve just been spending time with my family, working around the house, and getting back into my natural everyday life at home,” she tells TZR. “I’ve debated moving to LA (permanently). I’m still debating, but there’s just something about it that scares me. All my friends and family (are in Montreal). I also feel like my self-esteem would drop a little if I were to move to LA. It’s just a different world out here.”
